FAQ

Q1. What services does ELTAS Solar provide?
ELTAS Solar offers complete solar solutions including site survey, system design, supply, installation, commissioning, net‑metering coordination (where applicable) and after‑sales service for residential, commercial and institutional customers.

Q2. How much can I save with a rooftop solar system?
Savings depend on your connected load, current tariff, roof area and system size. A properly sized grid‑connected solar plant can significantly reduce your electricity bill and pay back its cost typically in a few years, after which most of the generation is effectively free.

Q3. Do you help with subsidy and net metering?
Where government subsidy or DISCOM net‑metering policies are applicable, ELTAS Solar assists customers with required documentation and coordination. Final approval always rests with the respective government or DISCOM authority.

Q4. How long does installation take?
For a typical home rooftop system, installation may take a few days after material delivery and approvals. Larger commercial projects require more time depending on size, complexity and site conditions.

Q5. What maintenance does a solar plant need?
Solar plants mainly require periodic cleaning of panels and basic inspection of cables, structures and inverter. ELTAS Solar can offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) if desired.

Q6. How do I raise a service request?
You can contact our support through phone or email listed on the website and on your invoice. Please mention system details, location and issue description for quick response.
