Cancellation Policy
Project/Service Orders
Orders may be cancelled by the customer before material procurement or mobilisation, subject to written confirmation.
If cancellation is requested after material has been purchased or work has started, ELTAS Solar may deduct:
Actual cost of materials already procured or non‑returnable items.
Any site visit, design or administrative charges incurred.
Any balance advance, after such deductions, will be refunded as per the Refund Policy below.
Website Enquiries
There is no cancellation fee for general enquiries submitted through the website. Cancellations apply only to confirmed orders or paid services.
Refund Policy
If an order is cancelled as per the Cancellation Policy, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment or another agreed mode.
No refund will be provided for work already completed, services already rendered or equipment installed at the site, except where required under applicable consumer laws or written warranty commitments.
In case of wrong or duplicate payment, customers may contact our support with proof of transaction. After verification, such refunds will be processed promptly.
Any bank charges, gateway fees or statutory deductions applicable on refund transactions may be debited from the refund amount.
